So am I completely shut down/infertile due to Test-E?????

I have been on 110mg of Test-E for about 2 1/2 years, been using HCG for about a year at 250IU twice a week. My wife and I decided we want to have a baby so I had a semen analysis done this week and I got the following results:

Sperm count L <2.00 million/ml Normal: 60-150 million/ml

Unable to perform motility and viability due to low sperm count.
Three motile and non motile spermatozoa seen during wet prep examination.

Does this mean that I have NO SPERM at all and I'm infertile. I was looking for a sperm count but I think that if I have any less than 2 million/ml it will just say <2.00 million/ml.

Kinda confused but wondering if I have any sperm AT ALL?????

Based on your post it looks like they saw sperm, just very very low count. 250 units hcg is pretty low for sperm production. Ive seen various studies where they used much larger doses for some time to get sperm production back to normal levels, one such study use 5000 IU of hCG im three times weekly for 6 months to get back to normal sperm levels after 9 months of exo test use.

Dang thats crazy. I think 250mg is good for when youre on a cycle and youre worried about desensitizing your nuts, but from what Ive read you dont wanna go too much HCG or else it will desensitize your nuts. But if youre on HRT anyway, does that really matter?

I dont buy the desensitization stuff thats been floating around for years.

Everytime I see someone mention it and ask for sources most of the time I hear crickets. Ive only found a couple references to high dose long term use of HCG and even those didnt directly state there was desensitization but they did state there was a point of diminishing and eventually vanishing returns which makes total sense because your body can only make so much use of it and after a while adding more doesnt do anything.

I still have yet to have anyone show me research that moderate doses have any desensitization effect.

That makes sense. They make it seem like if you do a bunch of HCG even in one shot (5000iu) you might get desensitized. BUt they obviously make those vials for a reason. I think Im with you as far as the whole desensitization thing.

Hcg 2500iu two times a week, hmg 75iu-100iu Ed two weeks after those two weeks run clomid 100/100/75/75 and aromasin 12.5mg Ed throughout and wait a month with nothing the. Run it again... and if u get the same reading in sperm count, I might look at adopting a puppy or something instead my man.
