Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I like watching a lot of television in my favorite thing to do is snack while I watch along with my girlfriend. That is one of our favorite hobbies. I have several shows that I enjoy. I want to do it the healthy way though can you suggest any snacks that I can Chomp on that won't add too many calories
I snack all the time, walnuts and almonds my favorite snacks try it
snacking isn't something i recommend, stick to whole meals only

bro snack on some nuts and i don't mean the kind you get off tree
I love fruit and nuts! Avoid the sugar!
Fruit is the best when it comes to all day snacking....
Raw veggies are your friend!
