never affected my gains.. it just runs me out of breath when i train..

I thought smoking became illegal years ago here in the USA......hmmmmmmm people still do that huh? bunch of throw backs. If they seen my mother & grandmother (both barely alive), on oxygen knowing that the slightest cold could kill them anytime......they would not smoke.

people who smoke tend to get more Lactic Acid build up while weight training than those who don't,I would imagine this having something to do with the uptake of oxygen.
