Smoking and Not Eating

Hey yall, I smoke once in a while (usually 2-3 cigs a week), and I miss meals like at least 4 times a week cuz of my damned schedule. I'm just wondering, is this like going to totally kill my efforts, or just make a dent in them? I think I looked better over the summer, and I know I felt better, but at the time I didn't really have near the stress I have now so I didn't smoke and was always able to eat. But if they really are *that* bad, which is worse, smoking or missing meals? I could probably help the meal thing by eating more when I do eat, but I don't know about the smoking--sometimes I just NEED a cigarette!

Does anyone else here smoke occasionally?
 
Someone else will say this better but....you are wasting your time if you are not eating.

Why don't you buy some power bars or something for those times when you don't have time to eat?


And to answer your question, yes, when i drink, but not enough to kill my appetite. ECA does a fine job of that for me, I have to force myself to eat that oh-so-not-delicious meal, you should do the same and you will see better results.
 
Smoke the fucking cigarettes and stop whining.

Random smoking is NEVER that bad for you (fuck what anyone else says, vehicle emissions are more carcinogenic)

Eat the fucking food and stop whining.

There is ALWAYS time to eat.

LOL, SG--I'm book smart but have NO common sense.

Thanks for the advice. I'm being better about eating but I wonder if the smoking is bad. I don't really care if it causes cancer, but I don't want it to make me winded and shit like that.
