Smashed my ipod Nano screen......nooooooo!!!

I knew I should have said yes when the best buy beatch asked me if I wanted insurance for 30 bucks.

I was doin dumbell overhead presses with the 70's . and I put the weight down on my legs instead of throwing them on the floor like a meathead. Fucker landed right on the Ipod which was in my pocket. what a tard.

I'll try to find a link to the one I bought. realy cheap and real good too. you can put it on underneath the sweatshirt and then snake the headphone wires through the neckhole

coworker's nano screen cracked as well...apple knows about how easy it is to crack with little pressure on it or alot 70lbs...buy one at costco and return w/the busted one...costco has great customer service.....

coworker called apple for repair..the said sure, send it in along w/$259 check and they will see what they can do...hmm.....basically buying a new one...

there is no visable damage from the outside, the screen itself is not cracked just the crystals or whatever the hell is inside. I wonder if they would replace it for that? probably not.

I've been an Ipod user for 2 years now. I love them when they are working, hate them when they aren't. I have went through like 4 of them in 2 years. I have finally resorted to the shuffle for the gym because if I break it who cares, it only cost me $70. I turn one in on home owners insurance, bought a new one and took the broken one back, had a friend buy one and take my broken on back on his return policy, bought one for my sis and returned my broken one. They suck like that, welcome to my life.

its cheaper for them to just send out new ones (usually refurbished) than do all of the repairs due a large influx and whatnot.
My ipod was busted from me running with it, but i called apple to return it. The next morning there was a fedex envelope on my front porch, i sent my ipod in it.. 2 days later there was a brand new one sitting in my mailbox.. apple is really good about that stuff

I use my ipod (well , I used) for only one thing..the gym..and I sure as hell dont need to watch videos in the gym. the video IPOD is unnecessary.

actually I just looked it. Let me exaplain. The outer screen you can touch is completey unharmed. But even while powered off you can see the inner screen is cracked. dont know if they will buy it..but im going to try.
