My whole body is fucked, but i am working around it. My shoulder has been jacked for 3 months, my lungs are still fucked, but i am getting it back. Only weighing 212 now. I want to hit some gear in October, will be on a hunting trip for most of September so to start now would be a waste. The main problem is my shoulder, but it is coming along slowly. Right before i hurt it i was finishing off incline with 115# db's for 10, tonight hitting 80 was a milestone. Doing dips like a motherfucker, they don't hurt.

if you have health coverage then get your shoulder taken care of. i have an awesome doctor and the man works miracles. his fees are huge though.
 
had my doc look at it and he was clueless. I think i might have torn my delt or sonething. Not sure what i did. I don't want to go under the knife this close to bow season. Drew a limited elk tag after putting in to the lottery for 10 years.

That's fucked up man...I want surpass you in size but not like this...good luck with recovery. How did you hurt your shoulder?
 
Frack, not sure how i hurt it to tell you the truth. I just hurt one day and i think i sealed the deal while snowboarding and eating shit. It really hurt after that weekend and has not been the same since. Lungs are still jacked, going to a pulmonary specialist soon, bet he tells me the same thing "you seem fine". Whatever. I am living vicariously through all the other hardcore lifters out there so tear the weight room apart.

Thanks for clearing this up for the boys A.Soldat. I'm sure they will be forever grateful to you now for saving them the hurt and pain they would have suffered down the road once they realized years later that all their compliments have gotten them nowhere and that they would never hold the lovely Smalls in their loving arms.
