damn, those are some heavy weights all around. Very impressive, I dont think I have seen anyone at my gym come close to those numbers on those lifts.

I just hope they don't kick me out of the fat kids association for doing abs. I think there is a Colorado's strongest man comp in may that I am shooting for.
