Small infection!?!

I was doing a shoulder inject today and i pulled back a little and there was all this thick puss that filled up the syringe. my shoulder hurt a little last week but didnt seem to be red or hot to the touch. Should i take some kind of antibiotic just to be safe...what antibiotic should i take?

Absolutely! I personally believe you should have an anti-biotic on hand at all times during a cycle just as religiously as you would to have something to fight gyno with should it occur. The next step for you is fever. Go to the petstore if you do not have any on hand and get some from the shelf Same stuff.

Maybe a walk in clinic.

Is it possible that it was oil from prior injections that wasn't absorbed instead of pus? I only ask because I recall "needsize" having a similar problem. Guess better safe than sorry, though.

when mine was just oil that wasnt being absorbed, you could tell, it had been there for months, but still looked pretty and golden like when I shot it. When you get pus, you can tell, it looks like someone coughed up the nastiest greeners you have ever seen. That happened when I tried to drain the oil, but I just kept doing it, and got all the pus because it went away. Thats what I would try if you cant afford antibiotics

cycline's mess with protein synthesis. He's better off with cillin's.

Right now I wouldn't be too concerned with insurance. If you are in the US they have to treat you. Go to a county hospital, city, etc.... The bill you will get is better than the sides you may have. If you are already getting puss, you have an infection and you need to be on antibiotics, etc.. If the infection should happen to spread, you could be in serious trouble. I'm not saying, "Oh my god youre gonna die!" But the earlier you nip this one in the bud the better it is going to be for you. I doctors visit is going to cost you 40-60 bucks and the meds could be as low as 10 if you can get generic. This is a lot cheaper than a hospital stay. Let me know how it works out for you.

You need to go to a goddamn doctor immediately. Like they said, they have to treat you in the U.S. Don't worry about debt right now.

Trust me, friend, this can turn really bad really quickly. You could end up losing your arm or worse. You need to get this cultured so you can find out which bug it is and then you'll use the appropriate antibiotic. For the sake of your loved ones, see a doc. I've dealt with stubborn infection before and had to go on IV vanco for months, actually had to have a semi-permanent tube inserted on the inside of my arm because there would have been too many injections. No shit.

See a doc for real.

PM me if you need to hear more about what happened to me but otherwise take my word for it: infection can be a serious matter.

I'd take that twice a day. You have enough to run a couple weeks of that? When you pulled back was there any blood mixed with it? Do you inject often in your in that shoulder?
