Small gyno problem!! UK only

I done a 8week cycle of d-Bol 10mg on very low doses, starting a 1 tablet per day for 1 week, 2 tablets a day for 1 week, and so on in a pryamid, so peaked at 5 tablets a day for a week then back down. Started on 1 tablet of arimidex on week 5 and continued for 4 weeks. 1 week after I stopped the arimidex I noticed a small lump under my left nipple. I have been able to get hold of any other pct treatments since and it's been nearly 8 weeks since I stopped. What do you recommend I take to get rid of this gyno?
I don't mean to be cheeky but if anyone can get anything that will work, and don't mind sending through the post to me I don't mind paying. Thanks
