small bug bite type bump on delt....worried about abcess

hey guys a buddy of mine who ive been shooting in the delts with some prop/tren combo from amerilabs, has developed a very small almost bug bite type bump about 2 inches below where the shot was given. it has been a bout a week since the shot was given, and through out the entire time he has not noticed any pain beyond that of a usuall injection sorness (although he said the blend did sting a tad when injecting--which i assume is BA ratio)

the bump is a little red, but no noticable warmth coming off it...


any ideas on what it could be?

Below the injection site?

My first reaction is that they are not related. I have only read about abcesses and not experienced one. In each case, it was the injection site that became infected.

Given that there is no infection at the "bite", I'd look for other reasons. I get ingrown hairs after shaving that look like this. Can you squeeze it?

hasnt tried it but just wanted to ask to ease his mind... im sure hes fine
