Slowing Metabolism?

Is there anyway/thing to take or do that will slow my metabolism, I am beginning school tonight and will have to take my adderall in order to concentrate and focus , but its kill my apetite and burn calories like woah. =( =(
*doesnt wanna shrink* any suggestions.
