Hey Guys,
I have bee researching the use of slin for a while now and am ready to give it a try (Humolog) I just have a few questions that I need to have cleared up before I begin on Monday such as:
1. The common dose of simple carbs is seems to be 10g per 1iu of slin-I am starting off at 2iu and increasing 1iu each day on slin until I reach 10iu. So should I only take 20g of carbs that fiist day with 2iu and increase by 10g each time I increase the slin usage?
(20g then 30g then 40g just doesn't seem to be much when I am used to 75g (dextrose) post workout without slin) Or can I keep my carb intake at 75g each time?
2. Can I mix my protein directly with the carbs (dextrose) into one drink for post workout? And is there an average amount of protein to be taken with slin? (I usually take in about 55-60g post workout currently)
I am also running GH (going on 2 months currently) and EQ, Test, Fina and Winny.
