slin and staying lean

4 weeks down still lean as hell with slin by itself

not saying to do this but this worked for me. And I know it may be playing with fire

hitting the gym then post workout 15 iu with 130 carbs creatine protein glutimine ect.

waiting 20-25 minutes for the slin to spike.

Then I start my cardio, do just enough to were I start to feel a little light heeded nothing to bad then stopping.
IF i get to bad sip a little orange juice.
Then 2 hours later protein only no fat. The reason I add no carbs is its about 900pm when I have that last meal.
I feel I'am not having any excess carbs covert to fat.
Everyone reacts different to slin.
 
I've been using slin by itself on a TKD diet, post workout of course, and I can't get over the results. 10IU w/ 100g dextrose and 100g hydro whey. I'm dropping fat like normal and damned if I'm not actually putting on muscle. At the very least I haven't lost an ounce, and my strength has not dropped at all. I'm on my 4th week.
