slin and gh timing

Should I take gh pwo with slin or in the morning. If in the morning, should I take some slin with it?

i used to shoot gh at night and in post workout, 3iu each time, slin, AM and post workout as well

I recommend shooting your GH around mid morning and the slin post workout whenever that may be.
