slugfast thank you for the input,
i used to work out, 6 times a week each body part twice a week, i loved the results and it made me dedicated, but i hear people saying that am crazy for doing that. as far as a routine i sort of have one. what would be the best recomendation as far as food goes, should i prepare the food in advanced?
