slightly itch nips

what up bros ive been on a 12 weeks cycle of sustanon.. im running 750mg ew.. well this week my nips have become a little bit itchy and puffy.. there is no bumps or anything it just started to happend about 3 days ago..i started taking 40mg ed of liquid nolva.. any other suggestion i have some epistane on hand shouldi throw that in there i heard it is good for gyno..

I usually take .5mg adex ed and 20mg nolva for a week straight and that does the trick for me.

40 mg till it subsides then drop to 20 mg is the standard reccomendation

8and20's version of sticking to 20 and also lowering your E with adex is something to thnk about as well.

when you go high on the ant-E's, you lower IGF-1 and reduce cycle results

when you go high on anti-A's, you lower or eliminate Estrogen and hamper cycle results (and libido).

so spiltting the difference may be a good approach, just not as well reported on as the nolva method

You'll be fine. Use the Nolva as directed by above.

And save the Letro for incase you ever get a lump.
