sleeping too much on cycle!!

Well, if u were on anadrol/test/deca/primo cycle, and in about week 5.

the problem is last couple of days feeling soo tired and sleeping way too much, even before i never used to sleep tht much, like i sleep over 9 hours and at day time i sleep another 4 hours and feeling tired and cant go to gym

I am not depreesed or sad or somma like tht???

any had or know anything about this??
 
I reacted the same way the first time I used test. All I wanted to do was sleep and it felt so good to get that deep DEEP sleep I get when on test. I forced myself to go to the gym every day I was scheduled too at the exact same time so my body started getting used to the 2PM workout. I also would stop by starbucks and get 2 shots of espresso right before I went to work out. That REALLY helped me. After about 3-4 weeks I got used to it and so did my body.

When you sleep too much, it's generally a sign of overtraining. You might be training too much, eating too little etc...

you definitely could be overtraining or not getting the right diet, but test has done that to more than a couple of people before.

All I know for sure is that I wish I could sleep for 9 hours and get a nap. My gains have to be slowed by the fact I probably don't get but 5-8 hours on most nights, and we know the muscles are growing while we're resting.
 
I have that problem with Deca only. This I know for a fact because I just ran a 4 week deca cycle to prove it. After only the second week I was so sleepie that I would fall asleep in my work meetings. This sleepieness would progress as the weeks went on. By the end of a 10 week Deca/Test cycle I would nod off in my chair at work reading emails, at meetings and watching tv. NOT a good look! I have ran just test cycles with no problems at all. My friends use Deca and have no problems with it. I have to use EQ or Primo instead of Deca now. I like Deca but it does NOT like me.
 
I Agree, You could be Overtraining, Over Working Ect..But If thats not the case, Try something to wake you up a little, If I'm tired before I train I'll pick up a few stackers from the Store and in 45 min, I'm ready to go...

i wish i had ur problem. i been downing lunesta and or klon every nite and gettin 6 hours if im lucky! pop some ephedrine hcl and u should feel better and ready to go.
 
When I took Sust 450 I suffered bad legarthy. Even in the gym at times I just felt exhausted. Overtraining could have been my problem, but I know how you feel bro.

I actually looked forward to just crashing in my bed.
 
Test does the same thing to me. I started using No Xplode and it helped perc me up. I think the big thing was the caffeine in it. The espresso idea is good too.

I get kinda concerned about the pressure I'm putting on my heart if I drink too much coffee right before I work out. It might just be a crazy lie I've been living for a while but it's something I think about.

I guess its not overtraining, i train 5 days a week, tue and fri off, and one muscle trained per week. Well i gotta try some coffee out or any strong caffeine to at least get up to the gym. Good there is no job these days!!
