sleep trouble 1st cyc

Hey all. Just wanted to first say thanks for all the great info. Im into my third week 1st cyc. 50 test prop ed, 50 NPP eod. Ed sticks not a problem. Finally starting to feel the prop kick in with some energy and motivation, also appetite is through the roof which is good because im 5'10" 170. Hopefully should be nice and kicked in next week right? Also just had a question, I dont feel like i have test flu or anything ( at least not yet) Just couldnt sleep last night, like not one minute untill about 7am, then had to get up at 10. I still feel motivated to work out today so i am going to but will this sleeplesness last long? I know i need rest more now than ever even if i dont FEEL like it. I really dont want to take anything to sleep, I try not to take anything especially for pain due to most otc pain relievers hamper protein synthesis. But would it be ok at night since im really fasting anyways. ( like some tylenol pm or something ) Thanks so much fam.

it only been one day??? i wouldnt worry about it, i havent slept in 5 weeks since starting my Tren. if it persists look into it deeper
 
The sleep issues will pass, might take a few weeks. One other thing you might notice being on that cycle, is being hot especially at night. That to will pass.

I take Melatonin when I cant sleep. Try the 3 mg, you can get it at GNC and it's cheep. It works great!!
 
its one night bro dont stress, if it persists then look into some natural sleep medication
 
thanks, yeah i did notice being hot especially at night. I worked out right after i posted this thread and surprisingly the gains and energy were there. so I guess ill just keep eating like a horse.
 
When your body NEEDS sleep, you will sleep. Don't sweat it. Part of the game. You can sleep off cycle for at least 90 days.
 
it is normal and happens it can pass if not try a herbal remedy to assist you in sleeping
or needtogetas has recommended something for you

Appetite dont worry about,
for many AAS can blunt appetite do to the ability to preserve mass via the anticatabolic reesponse

as far as sleep, Androgens can charge your CNS (central nervous system) by their action on the AR an other pathways.

Start traing harder step by step but do it through endurance and moderate weight, and go heavy occassionally but not allthe time


training like that will give you all the sleep you need :)
