hi bros! just got a few questions to run by you. since starting gear my sleep has been all over the place i can not sleep! it is really messing my days up its like this i go to bed at about 4 am everyday and then wake up at around 2 pm! my sleeping pattern has reversered i go to bed when its lightr and get up when its dark sometimes!! my question is can this affect gains while on cycle? and also another question1 i just completed a 14 week cycle of test 500mg wk deca 400 mg wk it wasweek 1-14 test weeks 4-10 deca when i came to my last shot i thought wat the hell i mayaswell stay on test for another 6 weeks so far i have gain 13 lbs not much i no but for my frame it is i now weigh 133 lbs so is my sleeping pattern affecting my gains? i have already posted up my diet in a previous thread and everyone seem to think my diet was ok. i train 4 -5 times a week and i feel alot stronger but this sleep thing is really begining to mess my head up and i have alot of family problems at the moment so my head is in quite a mess. any input appreciated thanks
