I'm doing HST and when i was using lighter weights I wasn't using the 45's so I had more of a stretch. Now that I am using 45's I can not go down as far. How much does this matter? should I go to using a box to go deeper or because of the heavier weights up coming, just continue to go to the floor with the 45's?
 
Are you sticking your ass out far enough? Seriously, if you're able to stretch much past your knees, chances are you need to get your ass back further. Something to consider - as I used to have this problem too and have (sort of) fixed it with concentrating on pushing my ass back rather than lowering the weight.

I think so but i'll check...I'm not that flexible but I am dis proportioned. I have shorter legs for my height so that is part of the reason. I work on sticking my ass out and see if that makesa difference or if I am already doing it.
