Okay...I'm gonna do this to keep myself motivated. I know a lot about nutrition/fitness but of course I do not know it all. So my goal is to learn more and more as time goes by and to actually incorporate the knowledge into my workout/nutrition program.
I have been working out for a long time now but my problem is to much partying and sweet foods. So my plan of attack is the following:

To lean out more and see cuts. Last my stats were checked was a while ago. I was 137 and 16% b/f. Now...I haven't had my stats checked for a few months and since then I have been pretty good but also not as strict when it comes to cheating. I took a cheat day into a cheat weekend and all out party hardy weekend. So I am determined not to party until Halloween at this point. HELLO SKY YOU NEED TO READ THIS COME EVERY FRIDAY. lol

I would really like to drop to about 11 or 12% b/f. I am really not to concerned with the number on the scale although it does freak me out where it is now today at 131.
My stats are scheduled to be checked on the 11th of October.
I am pursuing my modeling career again after taking time off. I had a few photo shoots scheduled for the first of November but I dont think I will be ready in time so I pushed it back and said I would contact him when Im ready. So I am shooting for the end of November instead. So 8 weeks of hard core dieting and more cardio than usual. And then after that point cardio will be decreased some.
I did try a carb rotation diet and it sucked for me. I am such a bitch without my carbs and I think I set myself up for failure that way cause I get so bitchy that I wanna eat anything. So I am trying a 40/30/30 split now.
As always...Im open to suggestions...and comments...
Btw...how do I post pics?

Yeah it was kinda funny. And exhausting., Especially since I had to fdo legs 6 hours later. I think I will make sure I do not do them on leg day.
As far as the pics go...I tried uploading them before and they are to big OI guess. Does photbucket resize them? I am so bad at this computer stuff.

It tasted really good. For me its either pea protein or pure whey because I am allergic to eggs and soy which is in so many products and I try not to ingest any sugurfree chemicals due to the toxic checmicals in most products. Im just super picky. Unless it comes to a nice big chocolate chip cookie on a walnut fudge scoop of ice cream. Urgh!!! Thought of food makes me hungry!!!

Do you use Kirkman's?
Many pea protein's have lecithin in it which is a by product of soy. :worried:

I use Pure Advantage. I know it has Lectithin. And I called the company who makes it to ask about Lectithin. I told him I was allergic to Soy and he said that Lectihin doesnt actually have soy in it. Its a derivative of soy but somehow is sperated. On that link that bunny posted the ingredients say soy lectithin. When I read your post I freaked and ran to grab the container but it just says: pea protein isolate, natural flavors, fructose, lectithin, and sweet leaf stevia.
For the past two days I have had a bad stomach ache under the belly button along with being bloated. I rarely have this unless I eat bad. Which I havent. So...I have a feeling Im allergic to something but I cannot pinpoint whether its grapefruit or oats. :rolleyes:
Anyone know more about Lectihin?
I asked my nutrtionist and he said that sometimes things will even say soybean oil and that soybean oil is not the same thing as soy and I could ingest it no problem. Shit is confusing!

I have severe allergies to soy (along with a few other strange foods) and both natural flavors and lecithin are soy aliases - some products you might be allergic to others just sensitive to.

That said natural flavors and lecithin are in EVERYTHING - it's scary when you start to read labels. (I hope I don't sound read bitchy when I bring this up - I'm bitchy because I'm mad at what is all of foods - so that might come out in my *cough* tone sometimes so let me apologize now - :) )

In regard to soy lecithin the manner in which it is separated from the soy oil does remove much of the allergen but it does not remove all of it and the factories that process these items don't always clean out their vats properly which means there is cross contamination but since it is so small it's not enough to raise concern in processing or consumption.

The most studies I've found in regard to soy lecithin as an allergen to be avoided are in Pediatric studies (most likely because of the use of soy in baby formulas). When dealing with a child's allergy to soy product they will tell a parent to avoid lecithin as well.

SOY ALIASES

These are foods and other products commonly made from soy. Soy Meal and Oil are used in a number of industrial products such as inks, soaps, cosmetics, etc. Read labels carefully. The inhaler Atrovent contains soy.

Thanks Velvet. I highly agree that soy is evil. I am highly allergic to it and eggs. Both are in everything. But....I didnt know that they are also in soap, makeup products, ect...Does that mean that someone who is allergic to it can also be affected by it even when its not ingested?
Dumb me..we are at the grocery store a little while ago and my friend who eats what ever he wants anytime get this samplet cookie with peanut butter. I took a bite and decided oh damn Im going to just have a cheat meal today so I had a few cookies and my throat is closing up...stomach started to bloat...and Im tired. Urgh! It sucks for us because when we want to have our cheat meal we are even limited on what we can eat. :evil:
I gain 3 pouns of ater for like 5 days to after ingesting something bad. Do you? So I am sure my weight will rise again. :rolleyes:

Was still debating on having cheats on my plan because for me it opens a book down the wrong path.) I get sick from anything bad. Bloated for days. I gain usually 3 pounds of water afterwards.
I had two cookies a little while ago and already feel the effect. Yuck..allergies soy and eggs. Its so hard to skip on chocolate. Later I will have the rest of my cheat meal at Flemings Steak House and then Im going to skip cheat meals until my bday at the end of the month. So three weeks without cheats. Urgh!

Bloated and gained 6 pounds over night from eating bad. I am swollen all over. Totally wasnt worht it today. I will have to think of another way to cheat when I do cheat and finds processed junk that doesnt have soy and eggs in it. I am sure what I had yesterday probably had it all in it. Yuck! Hope the water weight comes off fast.

Planned to have a salad but had to take daughter back to her dads so I didnt have time to make it. Wish I would have cause I was so hungry tht before bed I went to have something bad! Urgh! More carbs!

Not really bad food cause it doesnt have sugar but it was more carbs than needed and spiked my weight up 1 pound the next morning. And calories woah! Maybe it will help me with more energy though cause I was lagging a little last night.

Went to hang out with a friend as I hang out with him every Thursday. He said he had a surprise for me and list of events to do. I was like hmmm..then when I got there I asked if we could go to Soma Cafe (healthy food place) for a salad. He said know because he had lunch plans. I was like noooooooooooooooo :worried: !!!! He said dont worry...I know how you eat. So he had the chef go to the store and buy all organic and weighed everything.

DIDNT LIFT TODAY. I WAS WIPED OUT. Kind of emotional I think a bit possibly overtrained but I get accupuncture tomorrow afternoon so hopefully it helps. Always does.

Just read my notes...Im trippen on scale weight and thats not like me. I know it really doesnt mean much. Cant wait to get my b/f checked next week!!

CARDIO*** 1 HOUR 2 MINUTES** HIKE EQUESTRIAN WITH FRIEND...BURNED 563 CALORIES...I have done that hike twice before and its hard but today I was almost to the top but just couldnt go anymore. My energy isnt as good anymore due to decreased calories and increased cardio. Urgh...Im gonna go a little easier on the cardio, incorporate more yoga, and have adrenals worked on today with accupuncture and see how that goes.
I know its getting to me because yesterday I was an emotional mess and that is always a sign to me of overtraining. Cranky pants!

Ok....Ive come to learn that this log this just isnt for me. I like the idea but with weighing foods, measuring, writing in my written journal that I carry with me, and fitday, this is jus to time consuming. So I will continue all the others but drop the online journal. Obviuosly I keep getting behind. ;C

Thanks Velvet. Damn it... I really should be logging. I just hate being on the computer forever. I would get home late and be like urgh..I have to log. BUt it does help. Thank God for Fitday. I recently started using it about a month ago. It helps so much.
