Does skullcrushers put a lot of stress anyone elses elbows? It's been a few months since i've done them but i did them the other day and i felt a lot of pressure in my elbows. At first, they hurt throughout the set but getting towards the end of the exercise, the didn't hurt the first 5 reps but the last few hurt again. I do incline skullcrushers btw.
Are there any other variations or maybe different exercises i can try? besides skullcrushers, i do cable pushdowns (i think thats what they are called), overhead DB extensions (i think also), and dips.
