Good job, used to do them with 225 for reps of 8 - 12, now I can't do them at all because of my elbow tendons. One of the few exercises I cannot perform. Wish I would not of gone that heavy, but the ego gets you when you're young. peace

Damn. You're a strong mofo. I do working sets of 75lbs on those bitches. I think I'm missing part of my tricep. I rarely see dudes in my gym do skullcrushers with a plate on each side of the ez curl bar, so 200lbs must look pretty crazy. Also, havoc lies and is the quintessential "back in the day" guy.

Thanks, man. Skullcrushers have always been my favorite tri exercise. They really work well for me. My favorite way to do them is Schwarzennegger style, with my head hanging off the end of the bench. I get a better stretch and it hits the mass of my tris a lot better, as well as feeling better on my elbows.
