3:00pm - lobster (1/2 cup), 2 cups spinach salad mix, lite dressing, 6 crackers, diet lime coke
fish oil

6:15pm - 1 can tuna, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1 cup spinach salad mix, lite dressing

8:00pm - 0.5oz almonds (hungry & off to the gym ;) )

Chest Workout:
Incline flyes 20/15 25/12 30/8
Cable cross overs 20/15 30/9 30/8
Machine press 60/15 75/8 65/9
DB pullover 25/12 30/9 30/8

Abs:
Decline situps 30/30/30

9:45pm - 2.5C & 2.5G

10:30pm - chicken Kabob (4oz) small greek salad (no feta), lite dressing, 1/2 small yam

multi, fish oil

3:00pm:
large coffee with milk & splenda

5:30pm:
Shoulder workout:
Side lateral rasies 12/12 15/10 15/7
Machine cable press 20/15 30/8 30/7
Upright rows (wide) 30/12 35/8 30/11
Front lateral raises on 45d 8/8 5/15 5/12
1hr of completely dazed cardio


8:30pm:
Proetin shake, 1 cup skim, 2.5C, 2.5G

12:00pm:
Beef & broccoli, ginger chicken, vegetable ding, shrimp egg foo young, diet pepsi, fish oil
