When i finished my 1st real cycle i had the worst chest and back breakout of my life now that i know how to treat the acne, how do i decrease the scarring other than a tanning bed?

Try anti-bacterial soap or bodywash.

Lots of Vitamin E and A. I was using these to clear up my acne and they ended up clearing up my scarring too.

If you can get your hands on some topical Clindamycin it will work wonders..

Vitamin E oil works wonders on all types of scars.

I was in a really nasty car accident when I was a kid and I had to get an assload of stiches in my forehead and on my left foot. I was advised to use Vitamin E oil on my scars daily, twice a day.

Over time the scars softened and lightened up and have virtually all but dissappeard now. I want to say I used Vitamin E oil for at least a year after the accident.

Im sure it would do wonders on your acne scars as well, but it will take time. Also, since what I used was actually vitamin E OIL, im not sure if vitamin E pills would be as effective. But the oil might make it easier for you to break out a little bit since obviously you are adding an oily substance to your skin, so make sure that you try to keep it fairly dried out when not using the oil.

The good news is theres a wide variety of medications/procedures to help get rid of acne scarring. They range from Microdermabrasion, Topical creams, Blue peel, Chemical peel, Erbium laser resurfacing, CO2 laser resurfacing, Exfoderm Injectable fillers. The bad news is chance are your going to have to pay for it out of your pocket beings most insurances consider this type of treatment "cosmetic".
