Skin Problem?

I have high E2. Was wondering if that is a side of reddish skin on upper chest and neck. I am so sensitive in these areas. Always looks like its red. Worse after shower and shaving for sure. Cant hardly touch neck and it turns red. Went to many derms who said its hormonal probably. No skin disease of any sort. Histamine release possibly but it has to be caused by something else? Hormones cause this? Gets worse if i drink a few beers. Which i hear raises estrogen? Please help me out on this. Very strange. Skin is blotchy for sure...

btw e2 is 53 while SHBG is high as well at 59. thanks
