Skin Problem, what is this?

I have no medical insurance so I'm hoping one of you knows something about skin health or something...I can't go see a dermatologist.

I developed this red dryspot under my mouth about 3 weeks ago, It was slightly painful at first but it does not hurt or feel any different than the rest of the skin...I have no acne and have never had skin problems. Any idea what the fuck this is? It is usually almost non existant when I get out of the shower, and I switched from using Stridex Foaming fash wash which seemed to irritate it to Neutrogena, which hasn't hurt it anymore but isn't making it go away.


Any ideas? Ladies? Homos?

Its a vitamin e deficiency...I used to get them when I was younger.

Supplement with some extra vitamin e every day and it should be gone within a week.

I stopped using the Stridex, which was irritating it, I used to use that Ponds Foaming facial clenser but I can't find it anywhere now! That stuff left my skin perfect.

The stuff I use now is just the orange neutrogena.

Now that you mentioned that I stopped taking vitamins a while ago...would topical Vitamin E help too?
