I believe the brand of skincare you use is unimportant but the time you put into it is. What works for me might not work for someone else.
I also feel you should use products exclusively from the skincare line you have the best luck with. Not dabble with 10 different lines. This way they balance each other out. (facial cleanser and an exfoliating wash, moisturizer w/ spf , eye cream, serums and a weekly masque) I know, I know who has the time. Not me. LOL
I have been tanning it seems forever. Every which way. My skin over the years became abused plus genetics doesn't help. Now I have cut my tanning down 50% and use a good quality self tanner ( not a drugstore brand) and use it religiously.
Last year I became serious with taking care of my skin. Morning and Night. And the change is illuminating. I never thought my skin would ever be smooth and soft and pretty much blemish free again and glow.
I try and buy kits from Sephora especially (They have stores and are online and have an awesome catalog) so it isn't cost prohibitive.
I found that's the key and drinkable skin supplements you mix with water are an added bonus.

I am working on offering a limited skincare line of the best products made with emu oil. This will include but not be limited to exfoliants, lotion, sun screen; all products that are condusive and often times an important part of good skin health. Very few people think about healthy skin, all they think about is "pretty" skin. What could be "prettier" than THE HEALTHIEST SKIN?! LOL
It will be stuff that I use personally or recommend to my family/friends. I don't believe in endorsing ANYTHING that I do not believe in 100%.

Jojoba oil is the most like human skin oil. It melts right into the skin and doesn't feel oily. I have oily skin that breaks out easily and it has never broken me out!
My favorite mosturizer is active moist, by dermalogica, though. It is also a good light moisterizer.
Make sure you take your vitamins and eat lots of fruit and veggies, too. that will make your skinn great!

I am working on a private label skin care line made with sun protection and totally natural and of course emu oil... I hope to have it available to everyone within the next 8 weeks!!!
Hey ladies..
So I used to have wonderful skin, then I decided to go back on birth control (Yaz.. yes I know, I know worst choice Dr. reccommended it).. Well this stupid birth control managed to make me have the WORST breakouts that I've ever expierenced in my life with the most painful cystic acne I've ever even knew existed... I am so frustrated with this, I have tried Panoxyl, Pro-Active, USANA, Clearasil, Clean-and-Clear, St. Ives, Aveno, OXY, Aleo Vera, and just not putting ANYTHING on my face.. I have even stopped putting cover up on my face to see if this might actually help.. nothing, if anything I am way more self concious and everyrhing. I am very diligent with taking my daily vitamins, and drinking at least 4 liters of water everyday. I dono..
Any tips.. might try the olive-oil trick see if it helps
