i wont even stir the debate about wether they work--but for the 1st time monday, il be shooting winny zambons ed--how should i shoot these in relation to working out--if im workin out shoulders, should i shoot before workout, after workout, or does it even matter??
also, any one ever do trap/lat injects?? heard several peoples traps swelled to about twice the size and never came down--that would be nice

Water based site injections do work. No controversy there. Anything oil based does not work, however thats where the controversy lies. I don't think it matters when you poke, as long as you're not too sore to work out. Lats I've heard of, and I don't see why you couldn't do traps either, but I'm not sure.

yes i know someone that was doing trap injections with winnie and from his point of view they work good just a hard spot to inject cause you cant see what youre doing and your arm is twisted in front of your face.stand in front of a mirror if you do it.

you just need to try it and see how you like it best.

If you shoot before you work out then your workout can help you work out the soreness but it may hinder your lifts.

If you shoot after you work out a certain muscle then the shot may hurt more than usual.

the smaller muscles are great for site injects, but the larger ones like lats and pecs dont work the way the smaller ones do. stick with bi's, tri's, and delts.

yes it does!

i went on a 4 week penis enlargement cycle that looked like this:

day 1-10: 25mg sustanon on the bottom part. (to induce growth from top to bottom)

day 11-20: 50mg fina in the middle portion (to induce the vascular veiny look)

day 21-28: 25mg winstrol depot on the head (slight pain but worth it)

started out: 6.21 inches long (erect), 3.89 (cold) 2.34 wide.

ended out: 8.5 inches long (erect), 5.65 (cold) wide.

I dont' know about the penis, but with bi's tri's, calves and shoulders I ALWAYS inject before workouts, it definitley helps with the soreness. In fact, I can't even really do a site injections if I've worked that muscle in the past 24 hours, I always seem to hit a vein and it's just harder and more painfull to get the pin in.

I guess you could try syntherol. I think that's what it's called, I've never used it. It's just oil, no gear and it's legal. Some use it to accentuate certian muscle groups. Flex W's shoulders are good example of syntherol use. It's legal too.

With oil based AS the problem (for site injections) is the ester. The ester slowly releases the steroid into the blood stream. With water based injections, the steroid is suspended in water. A substantial amount of the steroid remains to promote local growth when the water is absorbed by the body. This, to my understanding is basically the difference. I have read several articles to similair effect, and when I'm not at work I will go and find them and double check on the specifics.
