Site Injection in Medial Head of Quad??


I have posted several times about my weak medial quad and the knee problems that causes me. I've read some posts lately in which the authors are very adamant that site injections work very well to make the site in issue grow. That raises the following questions for me:

1. Do Y'all think site injections make that particular body part really grow more: and


2. Can I shoot into the medial head of the quad and, if so, what technique should I use? That is, whereabouts should I shoot and should I go in from the side or down from the top??

grab yourself Grays' Anatomy book-- and look at the neurological chart and arteries-- look at the vastus medialus muscle (your quad w/ the tear drop shape) Then tell me if you wanna shoot in there.
