Sirius Portable Receivers

Does any body have a portable sirius unit? I mean totally portable, no docking station required. I'm wondering how the reception is on those, like how well it will work in doors (home, work, gym, etc..) and in the car without the antenna.

I'm thinking of getting one sooner than that, aside from him starting to have random cool shit on his channels I also want to jsut check out the rest of the programming. I don't spend muc htime in the car and I wnt to be able to listen at work at the gym, in some one elses car, etc... So I don't a receiver that requires a docking station. I'm just wondering how good or bad the reception on the protables is, hopefully no worse than FM reception.
