Hey everyone, I've been lurking around for awhile and have actually researched aas etc for over a year now. I'm thinking about starting my first cycle of test e 250 mg week for 10-12 weeks. I want to keep this first cycle as simple as possible, fewest injections, safety first etc. Here's my stats
6'2", 180#, ~12% bf
bench 235
dead 365
squat 345
I've been training on and off since I was 15 and I'm 27 now. Only been going hard 5+ days a week for the last year so that's why I'm still small and my numbers are low compared to most of you guys.
Basically, I know this isn't an exact science, but what do you guys think the best pct would be for such a simple cycle? All answers are appreciated.
