if you sign for a package under a bogus name are you still screwed cause they have your address or what?

don't know if you have a domestic or intern. source, but DO NOT SIGN FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOUR SOURCE TELLS YOU TO, AND EVEN THEN BE WEIRRY(SP). i signed for a package and spent 22 hours in jail. so be cautious.
