The numbness is very common, it may go away but it could stay but become less noticable. Mine has remained with me during this cycle and that's after 4 months. It is not serious so don't worry, the extra water being held in the joints due to the GH causes pressure on the nerves which result in the numbness feeling. Carpel Tunnel Syndrome can occure and will be worse than the numbness and then you would have to take measures to combat it.
4ius, straight in is too high a dosage IMO. Starting at 2ius and working up is the best way to avoid or minimise the sides, severe lethargy being the worst. I am 4 months in of a 6/12 month GH only cycle and will post b4/after pics after 6 months have past.
