goddamnit week 11 of my cycle where i was having amazing gains, strongest ive ever been in my enitre life, and i get some flu-like shit. dont workout for a week, and struggle to eat. i eat as much as i can but it was HARD. then i get back in the gym and i shit you not, i lost a months progress. im back where i was at week 7 or 8. this is the most depressing shit.
