sick of my routine, can anyone give me a better one?

I am so sick of my workout routine, it's a very basic routine but good lord it's getting to me. Is there anyone out there that can reccomend me the routine that is kicking ass for them? It would really help..Thanks a lot guys
 
the training methods sticky at the top of the page has some good info, you might want to start there.
 
I would recommend HST, DC, 5x5, DF, etc, etc. Or even just something you've come up with on your own. The most important part is finding something that keeps you coming back to the gym, and not something you get bored with.
 
Before recommeding something fresh, why don't you post your current routine? Maybe it can be adjusted.
 
my goals are to become as big as my body will let me, I am very determined to do this, I just need a bad ass routineto do this. I basically focus on my uppper body at the moment, and even more so on my arms. I have a big frame, I am 6'3" at 230 lbs naturally and my arms just wont grow like i want them too. So i guess i am looking for a better arm routine to stimulate growth. Sorry should have been more specific guys.....my arm routine consists of...

straingt bar curls: 3 sets
incline dumbell curls: 3 sets
hammer curls: 2 sets
concentration curls: 3 sets
 
i do a 6 day rotation, keeps things fresh cuz each workout moves one day forward each week.

I do:

Quads-Monday
Squat- 5X8
leg press- 4X8
dumbell lunges-2X8
leg ext- 4X8
----------------
Chest-Tuesday
Bench- 5X8
Incline-5X8
Flat bench dbell flies-2X8
Incline Dbell flies-2X8
(AB WORK)
----------------
Back and shoulders-Wednesday
Deadlift 4X6
Wide grip pulldowns-4X8
seated row- 4X8
Tbar row- 3X8
lateral raises -4X8
behind neck press-4X8
--------------------
Calves and Hams-Thursday
Calve raises-4X8
good mornings- 4X8
leg curls-4X8
(ABS)
----------------
ARMS!!!!-friday
Barbell curl-6X8
preacher curls-6X8
Dumbell curls-2X6
Bumbell curls-2X12-14
Tricep press (Barbell)-4X8
Machine push downs-4X8
GRIP WORK

Now you would rest saturday and the following week it would be sunday quads, monday chest, and eventually thursday arms, the week after that u would be doing quads on saturday etc. It doesn't get boring because of the one day rotation and it is great for arms.
