Since the fall, I've had difficulties by getting sick when I start a new workout program. I realized the correlation after getting sick 4 times.
The end of the semester in the fall, I developed Bronchitis (with brown sputum, fever, real bad coughs) and my Dr. prescribed anti-biotics. This happened about a week after I started working out.
Now, in the spring, I started workout programs and within a one month period I got sick twice (2 weeks separating the sickness), with the same things. Prescribed same anti-biotics too, same dx. I didn't work out for a month because I was tired of being sick. Now it's the end of spring semester, finals week... and I decided to run around the lake by my house. That night I felt a sore throat coming. The next day, here I am coughing up crap again! What is going on?!?
