I have been on a pretty stick diet lately, but I have only been working out and eating right. I intend to do a cycle, when I eventually get all the info I need. My question is, I have tightened up in my stomach area, but I really wanted to shrink my love handles a little! They are not big by any means, but since I am not very broad in the shoulders, (YET), or have a large chest, (YET), my obliques kinda take away that V look! From chest down, there is a small curve inwards but I am more straight down. What could I do to shrink this a lil more, and when I start a cycle what is a good cycle to gain size but stay cut? Thanks for any help!!
