Shoulders

clean and push press or push jerks
then side dumbell raises
then face pulls.

three of my favorite exercises for the delts.

there is a sticky at the top of the training board about video's of exerices...... go there and under olympic lifts, you will see a good demonstration of the clean and press/jerking.

for face pulls. attach a rope to a high cable attachment. hold the rope like you would for a tricep press down. then back away from the mach untill your arms are straight out infront of you with no slack in the rope and cable. then pull with your elbows wide pulling your arms back like a high row and spreading the rope apart with your shoulder movement untill the rope is right at your face. then repeat.

i would say a good routine would be:
3-5 sets of 6-10 reps on push press/jerk
2-3 sets of 8-10 on side delt raises
2-3 sets of 12-15 on face pulls.

this works great for me, try it and see if you like it.

DB Cleans then
Lat Flies then
OHP or Military DB press
then Upright Rows or Rear Delt Flies...

I like that... I typically do BOTH of the last along with some rehab work for my front delts too.

Dont dumbells also recruit a lot more the "synergistic" muscles as well since you are forced to balance the weight more so than with a barbell?

Yeah, the stabilising muscles of the shoulder are worked more with dums than bar and are worked even less on smith
