except for benching i do not work my delts with any over head pressing..
i will do some side raisaes on speed day for set of 10-20 not to failure..

other than that i squat and do heavy GM;s with a straight bar and my shouldrs have never been bigger..

I did good mornings yesterday. Whenever I do them I have that damn barny good morning song going through my head. AHHHHHHH.... fatherhood is a bitch.

Yeah because I tend to pinch my neck on Gms and I always get a headache from doing just that...but do I stop pinching up my neck? No....I'm a flexion tard.
