shoulders cramped up reeeeaal bad.

My strength is through the roof with my Test E cycle. I was using some heavier weights than normal last night on my shoulder raises and bow howdy did they cramp up real bad. It hurt so bad it was shooting pain down my arm and I started feeling nauseus. I had to go in the locker room and lay down it hurt so bad. It lasted probably about 20-25 min then the pain died down. OWCH!!!! Is it just from the heavy weight and me not being used to it you think?
 
should be Im drinking 1 gallon a day maybe more actually that day I think I only drank about 3/4 gallon before I went into the gym. Hmmm
 
2 gallons is what i require in heat man to not cramp up. you gotta be careful. i lived in az and it was hot. i almost got a kidney stone from not drinking enough. if water is making you wanna gag go get some cristal lite and you can chug that shit for sure. bump to 1.5 or 2 gallons. on tbols i need 2 or more gallons with cranberry to not cramp up
 
The taurine saved my ass too when I was cycling clen/t-3...i'd wake up at nite with calf and hamstring cramps......its not any fun at all....
