My strength is through the roof with my Test E cycle. I was using some heavier weights than normal last night on my shoulder raises and bow howdy did they cramp up real bad. It hurt so bad it was shooting pain down my arm and I started feeling nauseus. I had to go in the locker room and lay down it hurt so bad. It lasted probably about 20-25 min then the pain died down. OWCH!!!! Is it just from the heavy weight and me not being used to it you think?
