Shoulder trouble = Hold on cycle

This morning, I was doing bench when I felt some slight discomfort in my left shoulder (biceps tendon, probably). I knew what it was because I've had this problem before. As a result of this, even though I'm still going to get me gear, I'm going to have to put the start of my cycle on hold until I'm recovered. Any comments or suggestions?

I don't know what discomfort might be to you. Only you know if you're hurt or if you can go. Don't cycle hurt though.

I've had shoulder trouble in the past (haven't we all). I know my shoulder is telling me to back off before the injury gets worse. Tendon injuries always suck the most in my opinion, because they tend to take the most time to heal.

Don't start a cycle when you're injured, you're not going to get a 100% out of your gear.

read my: IGF-1 heals injuries post ... my first hand experience with IGF-1 and injuries. Anthony Roberts had just about the same take on IGF and injuries as I did.

Like to meet that guy!! I have never seen a chiropractor that would even wave to you for under $50-60 and usually 1st appointment is $75-100 then the follow ups are cheaper.

60 is initial visit then 40 then after

he only works on college athletes thats why i chose him

Not a bad idea, but I'm not sure what a chiro could do for my shoulder. I'm almost positive it's a strain to the biceps tendon when considering I've had this exact same injury before. What's he going to do to quicken the recovery process?

Rest is the best medicine. That and some anti-inflammatories like aleve(naproxim). Ice it down 1-2 times/day.

I completely agree. For an injury like this, rest is the best medicine.

I use dumbbells too.
I have bad shoulders, and had surgery on my right one some years ago.
Still not much better.

Using barbells for any kind of bench hurts me so I switched to dumbbells.
I still use barbells once in a while.
