I arm wrestled my buddy the other night and then the next day (sounds sort of gay) i took my little sis to the beach and i was skipping rocks and right after the last rock i threw my arm seized up and from my elbow to my shoulder was in a lot of pain. I could barely lift my arm immediately after. Sound like a tear or strain??? Just got on a cycle so hoping it's not going be hurting the whole time. thanks bros
