A couple of weeks ago I messed up a clean and twisted my left shoulder. Nothing major but it hurts like shit when I do front raise type movements, any kind of overhead pressing and on the last couple of reps of the flat bench it just locks up.
This is most definetly not a good thing.
Today I found that dips don't aggrivate it so I'm considering just doing dips for upper body pressing for the next month and seeing how that goes, has anyone had any success maintaining or even building strength/size on a dip-only program? Can I keep the limited shoulder size I have without doing any direct OHPing or is it a bit much to expect the dips will cover shoulder work
I can do all my back & leg work fine thank God, otherwise I'd be a right mess
