Shoulder problems, can't bench or OHP

A couple of weeks ago I messed up a clean and twisted my left shoulder. Nothing major but it hurts like shit when I do front raise type movements, any kind of overhead pressing and on the last couple of reps of the flat bench it just locks up.

This is most definetly not a good thing.

Today I found that dips don't aggrivate it so I'm considering just doing dips for upper body pressing for the next month and seeing how that goes, has anyone had any success maintaining or even building strength/size on a dip-only program? Can I keep the limited shoulder size I have without doing any direct OHPing or is it a bit much to expect the dips will cover shoulder work

I can do all my back & leg work fine thank God, otherwise I'd be a right mess :)
 
bro i seperated my shoulder over a year ago and to this day i cant do regular bench press. i wouldnt aggrivate it right now, the best thing is to let it rest. now, its stronger than ever, and i dont even feel it. my overhead presses for shoulders have gone up so much, and i switched to dumbell presses on flat and incline bench for the chest stuff. i really like it more. cant tell ya if you can have success on a dip only prog, but its better to keep the muscles stimulated, and i know how ya feel.
