Hey everyone, about a week ago I was doing decline dumbbell chest presses and I injured my left shoulder. Not sure how since I was doing really good form (maybe I was going too low?) Anyway, I was feeling fine the other day so tried to do chest again (dumbbells on the flat bench) and the pain came back. My shoulder feels fine now but I'm afraid to do chest again and re-injure it. Question: What could have caused this and how long should I rest before doing chest again?
