Shoulder pain...

Hey everyone, about a week ago I was doing decline dumbbell chest presses and I injured my left shoulder. Not sure how since I was doing really good form (maybe I was going too low?) Anyway, I was feeling fine the other day so tried to do chest again (dumbbells on the flat bench) and the pain came back. My shoulder feels fine now but I'm afraid to do chest again and re-injure it. Question: What could have caused this and how long should I rest before doing chest again?

How much can you lift without pain?

Rotator Cuff problems have hampered me for decades... I jus trep out on lighter weight until I can lift heavy again

Even doing lighter weight while warming up causing a little bit of discomfort. I'm thinking about taking a week off (maybe do some light rotator cuff exercises) and starting again next week with light weights...
