Anyone ever experience this? Like two weeks ago I don't know how but I hurt something in my left shoulder, it feels like its kinda inside and in the back area, like just inside the scapula. It started out as soreness that crept all the way up into my neck muscle on that side, it would hurt if I turned my neck too much in either direction.
The pain has since subsided, though it still hurts if I twist my neck in one direction, just no pain when I'm sitting still. But if I sneeze, man, its a huge acute pain in that area, every sneeze causes a sharp pain right there. Anyone ever experience this or know what it could be?
I don't want to go to the doctor if I don't have to, the idea of stopping training makes me want to cry, I still have two weeks left of my Besatdrol/tren-tfo.
