I have a question for you guys, about a year ago I messed up my shoulder somehow, and for about a month I couldn't lift my arm above my head. I didn't see a doctor, I know I should have.. but it everntually got better. Now it pops like crazy when i move my arm a certain way. Usually when I'm bench pressing with a straight bar or doing incline with dumbells it will make a popping/cracking noise. It doesn't hurt too bad, but there is a little pain. Any ideas what this could be? Thanks in advance.
