Shoulder Injury!! HELP! ??Rotator Cuff??

Hey guys; I've never had a shoulder injury, and I can get to a doctor or specialist for a few days AT LEAST. Was wondering if we could do some
ad-hoc diagnoses and brainstorming!?

To start, I'm 21, almost 6', 155-160lbs. I've been working out for sometime now, but for the last couple months I've been on the 5x5 program.

It looks like: Mon: Legs; Tues:chest/Bis; Thurs: Back Fri: Delt/Tri

My last workout was Friday Dec 3. It was Delt/Tri day... I was doing DB shoulder presses, lat raise, upright row; then Close Grip BP, Skull Crushers, Tri extensions. These aren't new to me, and the weight wasn't anything i haven't done before.

I went to go workout Mon Dec6, but had a bad shoulder pain (might have been there that sun aswell?? ). It's been over a week since i've worked out, and i'm a cripple!!

no problem to raise my left arm to the side, but to raise it forward (or anywhere in front of me), as if i was putting dishes away, or putting on a coat, hurts alot.

I've been taking some advil, that seems to help. Also switching between hot and cold.

Any ideas on what it could be?
or what I can do to fix it?

how would you rate the pain? Did you try icing it all? Shoulders are tricky, very hard to diagnose even with a good exam. could be an ompingement syndrome, try to stay away from upright rows which can cause the supraspinatus tendon to get get caught and iinflamed and cause pain. YOu need to see a doc and get it taken care of so it doesn't become a chronic issue. good luck
