Had a hard weight session yesterday.
Chest/Biceps/Back
I was half way through my bench press routine (90Kg) and my left delt felt really sore. I thought it may have just been a little cramp, so i carried on with my workout, hitting Incline DBells, abs, bicep curls, bicep hammer curls, one arm bent over rows, barbbell rows and a few other bits and bobs.
I finished with some Heavy EZ curls and OUCH! my left Delt/Outer shoulder really hurt. I dropped the weight and rested for 5 minutes before grabbing a protien shake
I Sat down and drank that and chilled out for 20 mins. It felt a little better then, so i took a shower then injected my sust into my quad.
Later on yesterday night it started to play up again, really aching
I woke up this morning and i could hardly move it. It is really sore. Hopefully it is just a sprain though.
It`s a shame cause i wanted to have a shoulder/tri workout tonight, but the pain i am in now, i dont think i will be able to.
To make things worst i cant even do a leg workout instead, as i had a bad injection last night, and am limping like hell today!
Should i just rest completely tonight, and eat loads of food to help with repair, or are there any excersises i can try to do, putting minimus strain on my shoulder ?
