Shoulder "Cracks" Alot

Gawd

Hey,

I've just started bodybuilding about a week or two ago (Haven't done it in a few years). I've been doing mainly cardio / core exercises for the past few months.

My right shoulder gets sore pretty quick, and I can crack it non-stop, goes away after a day or two.. until i workout the shoulder again.

Any ideas what this is? I don't think i've injured that shoulder before, I've broken my left collarbone before and that sides fine.

Thanks.

I would see an orthopedist. Depending on your age and family history, you may have rotator cuff issues. Get in checked out bro!

IMO you should prevent those movements that cause the popping or cracking. keep movements in a straight line. all of those goofy rotating your shoulders while holding heavy weight exorsizes are no good any way you look at them for example rolling your shoulders while doing d-bell shrugs or those stupid d-bell shoulder presses where you go up palms forward then rotate so you come down palms in. those dumb ass trainers at my gym teach newbies how to fuck their shoulders up while making no gains every day with that one.

make sure your eating enough fats to. and you may want to look into glucosamine? pardon my spelling im to lazy right now to go look.

Very true but I would still get a doc to check it out. Simply changing your routine won't due. If it is infact your rotator cuff, you may need other treatment to fix it. GET IT CHECKED OUT first.

i agree it is never a bad thing to get checked out by the doctor.
